Sandel Hall, an 88,000 SF Library building is being completely renovated into an innovative “one stop shop” for Student Services and Enrollment. The $18,000,000 Project is the largest State Funded Project at ULM since the Library Building was completed almost 15 years ago. Sandel will showcase technology driven spaces in a dynamic environment. Land 3 was proud to be retained by the University for this demanding project.
$ 13 Million Dollar Richwood Middle School is a high-tech modern Educational Facility which was completed on time, within budget and without change-orders to the pleasure of everybody involved.
